Soapboxx Studios is run by SPBX Media Ltd. This notice explains what personal information this website collects and how we use it.
What we collect
When you send us a message through the contact form, we receive your name, email address and whatever you write. When you book a session, your booking details are collected by our booking provider, Acuity Scheduling, under its own privacy policy.
How we use it
We use your details only to reply to you, arrange and deliver your session, and handle anything related to it. We don't sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing without asking you first.
Who else is involved
This site is hosted by Wix, bookings run through Acuity Scheduling, and fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. Each of these processes some technical data (such as your IP address) to deliver its service.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and booking records for as long as we need them for the purposes above and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email us at mail.soapboxx@gmail.com and we'll respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
